4. Tracking and your choices on iOS

When you first open the Game, iOS may ask whether you allow the Game to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency).

5. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game asks for your consent before personalized advertising is used, through a consent message provided by Google’s User Messaging Platform and/or AppLovin. We and our partners rely on your consent for personalized advertising, and on legitimate interests for non-personalized advertising, analytics, security and fraud prevention.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To change your consent choices, you can reinstall the Game, which shows the consent message again, or contact us. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Users in the United States

Under some US state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), sharing device identifiers with advertising partners for personalized advertising may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information. You can opt out by not allowing tracking in iOS (see Section 4) or by contacting us. We will not treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

7. Children’s privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. Data retention

We do not run our own servers that store your personal data. Our partners keep the information they collect for as long as their own privacy policies describe. Analytics data in Google Firebase is kept for a limited period and then deleted automatically.

9. Deleting your data

Because the Game has no accounts, the simplest way to delete the data stored on your device is to uninstall the Game. To ask for data held by our partners to be deleted, email us at the address below. We will help by passing your request to the relevant partners where possible. You can also contact the partners directly using the links in Section 3.

10. Security

We and our partners use reasonable technical measures, such as encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International transfers

Our partners may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Please check this page from time to time.
